I choose Hanover Powersports over the other dealers in the area for one specific reason. Salesman George Sigler greeted me upon my 1st visit and really made me feel comfortable about my 1st motorcycle purchase. He loves what he does and is very enthusiastic about riding. I wasn't intimidated about looking around and asking questions. I explained my degree of experience and the motorcycle I was interested in purchasing. It was an overall great experience dealing with George and Hanover Powersports and I'm extremely happy with all of the choices I made dealing with them.

purchased a chain for my 2015 KTM 1190 Adventure at 10am thinking I would tackle the job myself ... found out I needed to buy special tools to do so, decided to call the service department at 11:30 AM and got Justin on the line, very attentive and friendly. Upon explaining my dilema and asking him if he could fit me in anytime sooner than the 2-3 week waiting period for a quick chain swap, he made the effort to take me in on the SAME DAY of my purchase, at 2PM ! I was out and rolling by 4:30 PM , with my new chain installed, within 6 hours of having purchased it at their parts counter !! I was in awe of my luck, fast service and great price !! For that, I will return for a longer appointment to address other electronic/electrical issues, the TRUST in the service department has been established ! Thank you, Justin !!

Very glad to have come serviced my bike here. I was very grateful about the service department taking care of my bike and reminding me my bike was still under warranty which I had no idea. The people are genuinely nice and I feel like they are very honest. I really appreciate this type of service and hope to be a loyal customer for many years.

I sold my bike to Hanover yesterday. Despite not getting the price I hoped for, they were very fair. I would recommend stopping by because they definitely know their stuff.

After no help near my area Jason from Hanover m/s was awesome. He went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate his help. I will be using these guys for future purchases.

Cant say enough about how great the service and parts departments are! I was having trouble repairing my quad, and after getting no help at another dealer, I received ideas, encouragement and assistance from Jason in the Parts department and both Mikes in the Service department. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, all three went out of their way to help me. They are a credit to this store! My family are all quad riders, and we will all be repeat customers! Thank you!

I just purchased a new Yamaha motorcycle today from George Sigler at Hanover PowerSports. Although I could have purchased the same unit for the same price much closer to home, George was the reason I traveled to Hanover PowerSports almost 60 miles one way vs a local dealer only 12 miles away. George was knowledgeable about several bikes I was considering and offered welcome insights to confirm the best choice for me. I never had a sense that I had anything less than 100% of George's attention whenever I spoke or asked a question. With just two trips to the showroom and two phone calls with George, he made to whole experience pleasant and easy. Most significant of all, he earned my trust, which is no easy task!

The entire buying process at Hanover Powersports was an easy and enjoyable one. Lou knows his stuff and is very open with all information and details. I felt I was always getting "advise" and not being "sold to"! Kudos! The service guys are top notch, and wouldn't let my pre-owned bike leave the shop until they performed some "above and beyond" services. The business office handled working with the insurance company (even caught a typo on the Insurance paperwork, and made it all better). There were no surprises on the paperwork and everything was well explained. Robert down in Parts & Accessories was VERY GENEROUS with his time, as he kept pulling out different helmets for me to try. Gloves, Jackets, Battery Tender, They have it all down there! The entire team has made me a customer for life! Finally, Hanover is a good hour away from me, and I definitely pass other dealerships on the way. However, I can't possibly imagine there is a friendlier and more knowledgable shop in all of NJ. I live about 30 miles away from this dealership

I came across it on the Internet and I am very happy I did!We were greeted by Billy and I explained to him that I was looking to buy another bike the problem was it would have to fit on my trailer.He instantly got a tape measure and we began measuring

So on his advice I went for a VSTAR 950.He didn't not have one there but while I was filling out the application he went right to work and found one and he would have it the next day

Sure to his word the bike was there the next day .He even went as far as to drive it on the trailer for me

I can't say enough about this dealership I had such a pleasant experience! Amy helped with all the paper work and financing and is such a pleasure to talk to.Oh and I went out riding and I figured I would stop for gas but to my surprise the gas tank was full.You definitely don't see that no more.This is a wonderful dealership with such a friendly and helpful staff when you go there you will not be disappointed. Tell them Ben sent you!!

I purchased my 990 Adventure there in February 2012. Had an problem with the instrument panel in November 2014. Hanover Powersports went above and beyond what I expected. Got my problem resolved quickly and efficiently! Planning on my next KTM purchase, and I will go back to Hanover for my next purchase without a doubt!

I worked with Billy and Amy to buy a bike from New Jersey and ship it to Utah. The seller was great and the service provided by Hanover Powersports was right on target. Next visit to the east coast, I plan to stop in and have a cuppa with these folks. Thanks again!
